This document should be read along with our terms of warranty manual. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Revamp Moto Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, and connotations thereof) cannot guarantee that any cancellations/returns will be processed, and the same will remain subject to an assessment of the reasons, feasibility, and condition of the relevant products.
This policy will be applicable to certain products only, and shall not be applicable to products offered/purchased on discounts, exchanges, or from any third parties other than the Company.
1 Cancellations:
1.1 The Company will provide free cancellations up till the time the product has been shipped by us. Once a product is shipped, requests for cancellation will not be accepted.
1.2 Please reach out to contactus@www.revampmoto.in to request cancellation of any order for products. When an order has been processed, customers should contact +91 7057064444 for cancellation.
2 Return and Replacement Policy
2.1 We provide refunds and replacements within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the product, only in case of clear and obvious manufacturing defects, damage-in-transit (other than damage caused at the point of delivery) and/or delivery of incorrect products.
2.2 Any damage-in-transit should be intimated to the Company at contactus@www.revampmoto.in not later than twenty-four (24) hours from the time of delivery. Our support team may require additional information (including through pictorial or audio-visual means) to process the refund or replacement. We request your cooperation so that we can resolve your concerns and issues at the earliest.
2.3 The products to be processed for refunds or replacements should be free of any wear-and-tear, at the time of intimation and return. Once we process your request, we will appoint a shipping partner and share the relevant details for the return. Please note that the Company may deduct shipping and other processing charges from the amount of refund.
2.4 Refund amounts will be credited to the source account within 30 days of processing the request.
2.5 Returns / Replacements Process: Please follow these steps for shipping products to the Company for returns and replacement:
2.5.1 Repack the product:

The entire product, including all materials and attachments, including (a) original invoice, (b) User Guide and other documents provided, (c) accessories provided, and (d) original box, intact, along with packaging as delivered, must be returned undamaged, unused, and, with the pieces (if any) folded, disassembled, and packed. To prevent damage during the return process, extreme caution must be used. Only domestic orders are covered by this policy.
2.5.2 Address:

2.5.3 Updates:
II. Once the product is received by the Company, the customer will receive an email intimation confirming the receipt of the product. Our support team may contact you with updates on the status of the refund/replacement and additional information as may be necessary.
2.6 The products sold by the Company in its first batch of one hundred (100) products will be entitled to free-of-cost replacements in the event of any manufacturing defects, subject to the other terms set out herein.
2.7 Replacements will be subject to the availability of the products with the Company.
3 Shipping:
3.1 Shipping, delivery, and returns/replacements of products are limited to certain regions
and subject to the serviceability and operations of our shipping partners. We provide
no guarantee that your region is eligible for shipping, delivery, returns, or
replacements.
3.2 The Company shall endeavor to deliver the vehicle to the Customer within thirty (30)
days from the date of receipt of the full payment from the Customer, subject to
availability and operational capabilities.
3.3 It is hereby clarified that such delivery timeline is an estimate and may be subject to
delays arising from factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
3.4 The Company does not guarantee a fixed delivery date and shall not be held liable for
any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of any delay in
delivery.
4 Governing Law:
III. This shipping, return and refund policy shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes hereto.
